Cancellation Policy
✨ Makeup Artistry Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing me as your artist! To keep things fair and professional, please review my cancellation and booking policies below. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.

📌 Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your appointment.
• Deposits go toward your final balance and secure your time slot. Without a deposit, appointments are not guaranteed.

❌ Cancellations
• 48 hours or more before your appointment:
• You may cancel without penalty, but deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred once to a new appointment within 30 days (based on availability).
• Less than 48 hours before your appointment:
• Deposit is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance will be due.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
• The full service amount will be charged.
• No future appointments will be accepted until the balance is paid in full.

🔄 Rescheduling
• You may reschedule one time without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
• Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

⏰ Tardiness
• Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which a late fee of $10 will apply.
• Arrivals later than 30 minutes may result in cancellation, and the full service fee will still be due.

👰 Bridal & Group Bookings
• Bridal and group bookings require a non-refundable retainer of 50% and a signed agreement.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in the full balance being due.
• Deposits and payments for any canceled party members are non-transferable.

❤️ Emergencies & Exceptions
• I understand life happens. If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible.
• At my discretion, deposits may be credited toward a future appointment.

🖤 Artist Cancellations
• In the rare event I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
• You will receive a full refund of your deposit or have the option to reschedule.
• For bridal parties, I will do my best to secure a trusted replacement artist.
